Port of Bremerton - Industrial Buildings Available The Port of Bremerton owns and maintains eight industrial buildings in the Olympic View Industrial Park.  Many more are privately owned on land leased from the Port and are subleased out for industrial use.  All buildings are normally occupied.  See below for any buildings now available for lease.  Port buildings have complete utilities that include 480v 3 phase power, water, stormwater and gas.  Many have access to fiber optic telecommunications.

Port of Bremerton building leases offer a wide variety of terms.  Rental fees are considered fair and competitive for the Kitsap County region.  All leases are triple net, meaning the lessee pays for all utilites.  There is a 12.84% Leasehold Excise Tax levied on all leases that the Port collects and passes to the state department of revenue.

New business owners have learned and have taken advantage of leases over fee simple land ownership.  Building leases offer flexibility while the business prospers.  Also, precious capital can go into the operational side of the business such as labor, equipment, machinery and inventory instead of large sums used in land purchase.
